I am such a slacker!

Keaton has such beautiful blue eyes. He crawls super fast and is walking around the furniture. He is 11 Months old. That time went by way fast. I can't believe it.

Ky loves to ride his bike around our neighborhood. He is getting really good at it too!

Keaton doesn't like having things on his head. I had to take this picture super fast. Ever time I would try to take the picture he would pull it down over his face. When Ryder came to play he let the boys wear his hat for a cute picture. Thanks Ryder.

My handsome boys. Love those smiles. Keaton has a fetish with toilet paper, toilet water, plant dirt, dirt in general, and Tika's food and water. I am constantly getting him out of things.
Kyler never tried to get into anything so this is different for me. It is fun to see how different they are from each other but they also do things that are alike.

So I am sure some of you might be wondering what is going on with us. Joe is busy with work, our garden, and his projects. He was called to be the Assistant Scout Master a few months ago, so that also keeps him busy. I was called to be the Young Women's 1st Counselor in April, which has been busy busy. My mom also got a new calling as our baby sitter every Tues. We are so greatful to our families for the help they are to us so that we are able to do our callings. Mother's day has come and gone. I got a Dyson vaccum which I have been wanting for a long time. I love it to pieces. I never knew how much I would love to vaccum, but I do.

We have enjoyed some of the nice weather we have had by spending our time outside. The boys have been riding in their truck and loving it. We have driven to Grandma Della's several times. Keaton is so cute he puts his arm up on the side and just chills. It has a radio in it that gets turned on the second they get in and stays on til they get out. I love to watch them together. They are so cute.

Wow March is Gone.

So, I wasn't going to let this happen. I wasn't going to go one month without posting something, but look I did it. Shame on me. Anyway. We have just been busy tiling and painting in the kitchen. I am so excited that it is getting closer to done. It looks pretty dang good I would have to say. Thanks to my awesome hubby Joe that can do anything. I love you!! I really will post pictures and some video soon. I feel like every post deserves a picture, but for now this will have to do. I am so excited for my friends that are expecting: Andy; Ashlee; Mandi; Kristi and anyone else I maybe don't know about. Congrats to you! Hope all is well with anyone who reads this and I will try to keep you posted on what is going on with us.

What's Happenin' at our house.

Well I thought you could use an update of what is going on with us. Kyler had his first sleepover at MeiLani's house last night and I have to tell you this was try #2. The first time he was going to sleep over he woke up at 2 am to go to the bathroom, Kim tried to help him but he didn't quite make it so she ended up bringing him home. So lastnight I guess he did wake up and say he wanted to go home, but he ended up staying so that is a new thing for him. Keaton is cutting teeth. He has his bottom 2 middle ones in, and his top 2 middle ones have been trying to come through for about a month. He has been a trooper, but they have been painful for him. Joe is no longer staying over in Circleville during the week so that has been way nice. Today Kirk and Joe textured our kitchen and laundry room ceiling. Next they will do the walls and then we will paint, then tear out the hideous carpet and lay the tile. I can't wait until this is all done. I feel so disorganized, I just need our house back together. It is a huge challenge to remodel an old house, as most of you know. Nice to have things updated but it sure is a huge mess to live in during the process. I spend most of my time taking care of my boys (including Joe). Kyler has been watching Christmas movies lately and I have no explanation for this. He makes me laugh. Keaton is trying to crawl, but he mostly rolls 50 miles an hour to get wherever he wants to go. Kyler did the same thing when he was Keaton's age. It is crazy how fast he can move. A few weeks ago Keaton opened our fireplace which has a heavy door and it came down on his head, but luckily he is just fine and his bumps and bruises were gone after a few days. Needless to say it freaked me out. Thanks mom for coming to check him out. Our fireplace is now wired shut. Well I guess this will have to do for a while. I have some fun pics and video I want to post, so hopefully I will get a minute to do that tomorrow or something. Enjoy!

Joe and Kyler went to the Monster truck show at the E-Center with Kurt & Carson, Cameron and Chandler, Richard, & Gage, John Stevens and his boy Bridger. They had a lot of fun eating at Chuckarama, riding the UTA Tracks, and watching the Monster Trucks. They ended up sitting in the front row. It was really loud (note the picture of Ky wearing ear plugs) I am glad they got to spend some time together. They had a blast! I love my boys!

Winding down after the holidays!Kyler's most favorite thing right now is Batman. He is my hero!Joe and Keaton fell to sleep in the recliner (this happens alot) Hope you enjoyed my backwards review(I will get better at posting hopefully and things will look better. There is a lot more that we did, but I am just not good at remembering my camera or taking good pictures, so we will see if I can improve that.

Christmas~ The first picture is of my boys just before we went out to see what Santa brought. Kyler was so excited this year about everything. When he came out and saw the truck he wouldn't really look at it as though he couldn't believe it was really there. I really need to get better with my camera and take more pictures. I always wish I would have taken more pics. I will try to do better this year 2010. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful gifts and all that you do for us! Merry Christmas!!!

Halloween ~ We had Josh , Mindy and PJ, Jered and Jessica,Shayla, Jarrett and Ryder over and we ate soup in bread bowls, then we played games and visited. We took pictures of the boys.(Ryder, Kyler, Keaton, and PJ) Among the kids that stopped by trick or treating Trevor, Bowen, and Wyatt came. I had to take a double look at Bowen to realize he wasn't a girl. He looked so cute, we laughed really hard. Good costumes this year.

Keaton's Blessing Sept. 6th 2009. We enjoyed visiting with family, eating and playing at the park.

At the Peterson Reunion some of us decided to hike the nipple. It was really hot and quite the workout, not to mention I had just had a c-section one month before. It was really fun to make it to the top. Kyler slept most of the hike down, I don't know how he could sleep on Joe's head while he was hiking down hill, but he did. Good Memories!

Kyler's 3rd Birthday!! We celebrated Ky's Birthday at our Peterson Family Reunion on 12 Mile Canyon Campground. I can't believe that he is 3 already. He is so much fun and I love him so much. I am so excited to watch him grow and learn new things.

Swimming @ Gunnison Pool and the Taylor Reunion. After the Taylor Reunion at the park Dionne and Dave and their kids (Olivia, Dawson, and Tessa) went swimming with us. It was a lot of fun Dionne and I got to talk while the boys and Livvy swam.

The 4th of July - We had fun at the Park on the 3rd watching fireworks with family. We enjoyed the parade and seeing Joe on the tractor. Ky got his face painted and rode on the big slide with Joe. After we played at the park for a while we went to my mom's. Grandpa and Kyler had a little nap they were so worn out from the heat.

Kyler and PJ (Mindy's Stepson) had a pool party at our house when Mindy came down after Keaton was born. They had fun playing in the pool and jumping on the tramp with the sprinkler. Stylin little guys in their sunglasses and swim trunks. : )

Keaton James Jensen was born June 19, 2009. What a sweet handsome little one. Look at his proud brother Ky. He was so cute and excited to have a brother. Shara came and helped with my c-section. Thanks a bunch it was fun to have you there to walk us through everything that was going on. We are so blessed to have 2 wonderful little guys.

Lazy day naps on the couch. Yes Kyler is sleeping on Joe's feet in a very uncomfortable position. Joe is also asleep with a bag of Ace Popcorn under his arm. Very funny!

My mom puts together an Easter egg hunt in her back yard and the kids get a lot of cool stuff. It is pretty entertaining.We also get to go roll Easter eggs down Grandma Jensen's hill and roast a hot dog or 2.
